Shipping Policy
At Dixie Treats, we pride ourselves on handmaking all of our dog treats with the freshest ingredients. All orders are made fresh and shipped in the order they are received. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur during shipping, which is why we offer reward points to customers whose orders are received late. Please allow up to a week for your order to arrive, and be sure to message us if your order is officially late.
Refund Policy
We do not accept returns at Dixie Treats. Customers with proof of purchase can receieve replacements for issues covered under our refund policy. This includes issues such as a rancid smell from the dog treats or visible problems with the product, or crumbled treats. If you encounter any issues with your order, please message us immediately so we can assist you with an repacement that does not require a return of the bad batch of product.
